Eligibility

Booking and Payment

Booking Process

Bookings are confirmed once we have:

• Received your completed enquiry form
• Sent you a confirmation email
• Received payment (where applicable)

Pricing

All prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed price.

Payment Terms

• One-off sessions: Payment required before the session
• Monthly programmes: Payment due at the beginning of each month
• Corporate bookings: Invoiced within 7 days of the session

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Cancellations

• One-off sessions: Full refund if cancelled with 48 hours' notice. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours.
• Monthly programmes: Can be paused or cancelled with 7 days' notice. No refund for partial months.
• Corporate bookings: Cancellations must be made 14 days in advance for a full refund.

Our Cancellations

If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:

• Notify you as soon as possible
• Offer to reschedule at no additional cost
• Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible

Attendance and Participation

• Participants are expected to attend sessions on time
• Late arrivals may result in reduced session time with no refund
• Missed sessions without notice are not refunded or rescheduled
• Disruptive behavior may result in termination of services without refund

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our educational materials, including text, graphics, logos, and resources, is the property of Twilight Wheel and protected by copyright laws.

You may:

• Use materials provided during sessions for personal learning
• Take notes and apply what you learn

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials
