You're welcome to visit during opening hours. While we prefer appointments for consultations, we're happy to answer quick questions if an educator is available.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes, all our programmes can be delivered via video call if you prefer not to travel to Liverpool.

How do I pay?

We accept bank transfer and all major debit/credit cards. Payment details are provided once your first session is confirmed.

Can I cancel?

Monthly programmes can be paused or cancelled with 7 days' notice. One-off sessions require 48 hours' notice for a full refund.

Are there group discounts?

We offer reduced rates for schools, community groups, and corporate bookings of 5+ people. Email us for a quote.
